Roger’s primary business interest is now Business Consulting for dairy producers.

As well as contracting his services to the Manitoba Dairy Farm Management Group, he also prepares business plans and financial projections for many other producers who may be considering an expansion, often in conjunction with their lenders.

He has served and continues to serve as Chairperson to the Dairy Farmers of Manitoba New Entrant Program Selection Committee since its inception in 2006.

He also served as an instructor to the Dairy Herdsperson program in herd management and workplace safety.

The Canadian Association of Farm Advisors is a non-profit organization dedicated to assisting farm businesses by increasing the skills and knowledge of farm advisors.
